A rare early ceiling light by an unknown designer, from the Netherlands.
Two fabric rings, the inner ring is raffia, the outer one is white fabric. 
The two rings are held in place by a beautiful brass ring.

Marked 'Philips' below the lamp's ceiling rose. 
Diameter is 42 cm, height of the lamp without cord is approx. 28 cm.
